ManpowerGroup Sr Project Manager in Beasley, Texas
We are seeking a Sr Project Manager to join the team. As a Sr Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering team supporting maintenance, operations, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a PMP Cert, a manufacturing background and engineering to order experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Beasley, TX
Pay Range: 110000-130000
What’s the Job?
Define and document entire PMO Office project scope(s), objectives and desired outcome with assistance from allocated Project Manager.
Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally.
Oversee and ensure project budgets are aligned based on project scope.
Ensure and adhere to each PMO Office project budgetary allocation
Work with Executive leadership and key Stakeholders to ensure project ideation and planning is understood and supported at the Business level.
What’s Needed?
BA/BS from Accredited University
10 years project management of product owner experience
Thorough knowledge of PMP methodologies or frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
PMP Certification - mandatory
Lean Six Sigma – preferred
