ManpowerGroup Maintenance Supervisor in Bay City, Michigan
Our client, Automotive Industry is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Bay City, MI
Pay Range: $34/hr
What’s the Job?
Enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards, supporting corporate initiatives.
Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
Train, develop, and evaluate personnel to optimize performance.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement planned maintenance activities.
What’s Needed?
Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
2-4 years of experience required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings and understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
