We are looking for Corporate Recruiters to join our RPO Delivery team!
In this role you will support our client, a global leader in the Finance & Insurance industry. Our client provides a wide range of insurance, retirement solutions, and other financial services to support their clients in business and life through General Insurance, Life & Retirement, and Investments.
Our Corporate Recruiters will provide full lifecycle recruiting support for Financial Advisors with various levels of experience & expertise. You will take a collaborative & consultative approach with our client hiring managers, being their subject-matter expert. This is a long-term W2 Contract position that will work hybrid - part onsite in the Atlanta/Buckhead, GA area and from your home office. You must reside in the Atlanta, GA market.
What you need:
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably Finance, Insurance, or Corporate
Must be able to be highly consultative, provide excellent relationship-building abilities, and have the ability to influence/guide the client
Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interviewing and offer negotiations
Strong time management and attention to detail
