ManpowerGroup Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia

Our client, a global bank is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience a minimum of 10 years of experience in the cloud space, and experience with HashiCorp Terraform, Java OR Python, and preferred to have AWS experience but heavy experience with Azure will work as well.

Pay Range: Up to $88/hr on Experis' W2

**Due to client rules, all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors

What’s the Job?

  • Work across technology to create the solution to align with Bank's cloud strategy

  • Perform product design activities as required

  • Design and implement new software solutions as part of our cloud enablement strategy, as well as maintain and enhance existing software

  • Ensure that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, security, object-oriented practices, and performance

  • Write and conduct unit and integration tests

  • Effectively function and communicate within a software development team consisting of developers, quality assurance, and project management members

  • Actively participate in requirements, architecture reviews, and design meetings

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the cloud space

  • Experience with HashiCorp Terraform

  • Experience with general programming languages Java/python

  • Agile development practices and test-driven development

  • Experience building and working with cloud infrastructure

  • Deep knowledge of web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors and distributed systems architecture

  • AWS, Azure and/or Google APIs and environments

  • Cloud Security

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains such as Maven/Jenkins

  • Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, Salt

  • Experience with identity management frameworks and tools

  • Experience in LinuxUNIX system administration

  • Experience with Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

  • Cloud provider certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Architect)

  • Experience with architecting software solutions
