Operations Supervisor - Direct Hire
$65,000 - $85,000 base salary with 6% Bonus Opportunity

Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 base with bonus potential
Shift: 2nd Shift 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm OR 5:00 pm - 5:00 am
What’s the Job - Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily coordination of plant activities including safety, quality, financial, and customer service.
*Responsible for managing up to 70 plant employees
*Provide direction, leadership, development and support to team members
*Plan & Manage the daily allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, & systems)
*Assist with Material handling equipment, racking and dock equipment
*Act as backup for Inventory Control/Quality Control
What’s Needed - Requirements
Ability to work 2nd shift
Supervisor experience in a Distribution/Logistics Setting,
3+ years experience in distribution, manufacturing productiion, and/or manufacturing maintenance
Lean Manufacturing and/or Process Improvement work - preferred
Strong leadership who can hold employees accountable and focus work efforts
SAP experience (Strongly preferred)
5 Supply Chain Degree (preferred)
