ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Operator in Apex, North Carolina
Our client, a livestock feed company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, self-motivation, and good communication which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Apex, NC
Pay Range: $17.50/hour
What’s the Job?
Transport, handle, weigh, and load/unload raw materials and finished goods into or out of totes, bags, pallets, and mixing equipment,
Maintain the quality of products in accordance with company standards by ensuring proper packing, coding, labeling, and wrapping of each product.
Wear all require PPE at all times. (Mask, gloves, body suit, etc.)
Care for all equipment and tools used in manufacturing operations, ensuring they are clean, functional, and properly calibrated.
Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area, including monitoring stock levels, organizing materials, and participating in inventory counts as required.
What’s Needed?
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification to be considered for the position.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
Good basic math skills are required for tasks such as measuring materials, calculating quantities, and interpreting production specifications.
Forklift Experience (Preferred)
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks such as product inspection, labeling, and equipment maintenance, minimizing errors and maintaining quality standards.

5am-3pm M-Th Shift (Shift subject to change)
