ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Alexandria, Minnesota

Our client, is seeking a great Customer Service Representative to join their team! As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of the Customer Service Team, supporting Sales and Clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in either power transmission, hose, or belt product lines.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $55000

What’s the Job?

  • Processing incoming orders

  • Communicate with customers to meet expectations

  • Verifying product availability

  • Providing quotations

  • Evaluating and resolving customer issues including product returns and recognizing and recommending process improvements

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience

  • Technical Skills, effective written and oral communication skills

  • Expert in at least one industrial product line: (power transmission, hose or belting product lines.

  • Ability to define and resolve issues

  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
