ManpowerGroup Commercial Furniture Sales Manager in Albany, New York
Our client, an office furniture dealer, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the Chief sales Officer and be a part of the Sales Team managing sales activities of the organization as well as participate in sales and new business development activities. The ideal candidate will have verbal and written communication skills, prioritization and organization skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Manage team of 3 sales people while also performing sales and business development activities.
Develops and executes strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Manages sales forecasting and sets performance targets.
Analyzes market trends to determine customer needs, pricing, and discounts.
Oversees sales team, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Coordinates sales operations, territories, quotas, and goals, while analyzing statistics to drive sales policies and initiatives.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor's Degree preferred
4-10 years of related management experience required
Knowledge of Albany, NY market and have existing professional relationships for networking purposes
New Business Development experience
Computer proficiency
