ManpowerGroup Internal Audit Lead in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Internal Audit Lead

Location: Downtown Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid including travel)

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE (1 or more preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience required, with non-retail inventory audit experience needed

Travel: Up to 30% domestic travel

Company Benefits: Excellent benefits package including 401K/Roth match, open to relocation bonus

Salary : $95-110K plus bonus

Responsibilities:

  1. Audit Project Leadership: Lead audit projects, serving as either an audit lead or internal auditor. Interact with personnel across the company to evaluate and test internal controls of business processes.

  2. Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to location and senior management to enhance processes and internal controls based on audit findings.

  3. Data Analysis: Utilize tools for data analysis to identify areas of risk and focus during pre-audit planning and audit execution.

  4. Knowledge Development: Build skills and knowledge of company requirements to effectively discuss key audit issues with management.

  5. External Auditor Support: Assist external auditors with SOX-related audit testing and physical inventory observations.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional teams such as the Process Team, Data Analytics Team, or Risk Team, collaborating to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audits.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

  2. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE certifications preferred.

  3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with inventory audit experience required.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to travel domestically up to 25-30% of the time.

  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  7. Demonstrated ability to lead audit projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
