ManpowerGroup Field Construction Manager in Dublin, California

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Field Construction Manager to join their growing team. As a Field Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of telecommunications construction and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Job Title: Field Construction Manager

Location: Dublin, CA

Pay Range: $ 45-48/hr

What's the Job?

  • Oversee all technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment at assigned sites.

  • Ensure site suitability, recommend or select suppliers, and manage equipment and material distribution.

  • Secure site access, plan and schedule installations, and monitor progress against established timelines.

  • Act as the company's representative during site reviews, customer visits, and safety inspections.

  • Conduct audits throughout construction and ensure project completion meets the standards.

  • Manage budget, coordinate with customer project managers, and delegate tasks to support teams.

  • Partner with senior and remote construction managers on complex projects.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in telecommunications construction or related field.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Basic understanding of Radio Access Network Technology or related coursework.

  • Proven ability to design solutions, guide project workflows, and determine site feasibility.

  • Knowledge of general construction processes, managing contractors, and estimating construction scope.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Understanding of site acquisition, permitting, and environmental compliance regulations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Basic knowledge of contracts and budgets.

  • Completion of OSHA 30-hour construction safety course (Telecommunications industry).
